Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Law degree, he brings over two decades of professional experience. Ganesh has served in pivotal roles, including International Finance Manager and senior leadership positions at esteemed organizations such as Religare and Boston Financials, demonstrating a profound ability to drive financial strategy and operational success.

Manager – Corporate Compliance
Kawshal is an Associate Company Secretary (ACS) with a B.Com degree and over 6 years of experience in Indian corporate compliance, specializing in the Companies Act, 2013, and FEMA regulations. He also has 2 years of experience in accounting, US taxation, and international compliance. His strengths include entity management, statutory reporting, and cross-border compliance. Kawshal trained with Ullas Kumar & Associates and later worked at Boston Financials, ensuring regulatory adherence and effective corporate governance.
